Cons

It is one of those shady companies that have no real purpose. Here's why:- Separation is usually threatened with pay cut, or threats of recovery of previous salary. It is a content copy-paste factory, no actual content writing, SEO, or such work involved. They overwork and underpay you. Stupid and nonsensical policies that randomly pop-up against employees. No proper leave system, and 6 day working schedule at a salary of 6-day week schedule. You get to to work with "experts" who have no idea what they are doing and don't even know basic English. You have to submit your work reports on daily, weekly, basis, at 10 different places, with no directives for day-to-day tasks.

Cons

It is one of the gray companies to work for. Management has no clue of what they are up to. They do not have any clear vision. There is too much of dirty politics within teams. Interns and regular employees are expected to work as labors. They are humiliated for their work and they be easily demotivated. No appreciation from the management for any good work. We need to be on zoom meeting for every second of the office hours and you are expected to respond without delay when anyone joins your zoom room. Saturday's are working. Management and bosses are biased and they favor only selective employees and rest are humiliated .
