We'd like to point out that one option is to view Twenix as a supplement to other teaching income; for example filling any free time you have during your working day with half-hour Twenix slots. In addition to the base pay, we have an incentive structure in place that allows our teachers to increase their pay per class over time. We also offer seasonal bonuses that can significantly boost earnings. In terms of planning ahead, we would like to highlight the fact that there is no planning involved in Twenix classes, and all class materials are provided to each teacher for every class.
