There is no work-life balance. Employees have to work through lunches or stay late finishing work without getting overtime. Employees don’t get your two required 15 minute breaks. They give you as many patients as possible and overwork employees. Tremendously high turnover rate from burnout/toxic environment. Toxic environment due to management and owners. They do not respect Doctor’s notes/orders. Management/owners bully and gang up on employees. Need to tiptoe around owners. Micromanaging. Gossiping in front of clients or about clients.
