- Poor management - No proper training provided - No structure - Unorganised - Unhealthy working environment (most employees would gossip about each other every day, and every single person seemed unhappy and stressed at work) - No care whatsover for the employees' wellbeing at work During my time at TY I felt pretty much left out of the whole team - I would hear my colleagues make plans to go out and have brunch on the weekend in front of me, without ever being invited. I felt like I was hired to be a robot processing orders on an old fashioned system. People seemed unhappy and the team did not feel connected, at all. People would gossip about each other every day. The work load was insane for the salary I received. The team should be structured differently, in my opion and I believe the company should hire a lot more people, given the workload employess have. However, in order to do that, the company should consider different ways of attracting and retaining talent.
