      Pros

      Flexible working hours and cozy environment. It's fun and enjoyable working inside shopping mall.

      Cons

      Not much interaction among departments/divisions/sections. When you first joined in there was no introduction and no one noticed you too.

      Pros

      Money is good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Upper management sucks. They are always asking you to do things that you wouldn't do to your grandmother, like rip people off. Store Managers vary, and some will protect you and your morals, but others won't. Of course those are the managers that upper management likes, even if their store doesn't get good numbers because they just do what they are told.

      Offers excellent employee benefits, which include competitive compensation, healthcare coverage, and other perks.

      Cons

      There is a concerning issue within Regulatory Department. A very toxic work environment characterised by negativity, stress, and a lack of professional respect. The presence of bullying in this department is alarming and should not be tolerated in any workplace.
