      The best thing about U-SET is that it provides a good platform for growth and learning. The TLs are co-operative and helping in nature.

      1. Projects- best I guess 2. Skill up- my manager at client side was very supportive. Got 2 certificates because of his recommendations and flexibility. 3. I got good raise. So, I am happy for now. :)

      Cons

      1. Team Meet ups are missing 2. I was expecting good performance bonus but unfortunately slowdown stuck, and it was moved by 6 months. But I think I can live with it since appraisal was on time. 3. Video calls- BIG ISSUE. HR policy has mandatory video calls since I am remote. This policy needs to go.
