Pros
The only good thing about this company is that there is no work pressure because the management/business itself is not aware where to head. Other than that nothing is noteworthy. Yes, salary reaches on time every month. That is another good point.
Cons
Job security - You don't know when you are going to be released. Releases happens every season here. Everyone work in fear that they will be next to be released. Employee who work here for longer term are in their comfort zones!!! No monetary benefits. No extra perks. No employee recognition. No evaluation. Very poor rate of salary hike (almost equivalent to peanuts), No proper direction for employee Monotonous work - Since it is a product based company so do not expect to have challenging work. You end up doing the same thing again and again Failed and shelved products - Because of improper planning 2 of its product is shelved Lesser product to maintain No human resource person. One man show management Strict & complex hiring process (no idea why it is done) This company has so many cons so I don't think it deserves even a star
