      They are working in a niche area where there is a lot of growth. Automation and Orchestration is "hot" cake in the industry

      arrogant management, bullying, toxic culture, no product strategy, no employee voice on product architecture and sales strategy, lack of leadership skills for managers (CXOs)

      Once in a year travel to Europe for maximum of 3 days

      Very bad work culture Old technologies to work on No proper customer handling due to which employees are subjected to lot of pressure Lot of infighting within management affecting employees

      Nothing really. Poor benefits / non-exsistent benefits. Only positive thing that I could say is that I'm no longer there!

      Cons

      Awful arrogant and patronizing management - if you can call them that! No direction. Awful products - they think their products are amazing, hence the arrogance; but in reality they are not great and there are better products already in the market.
