      Good managers, good remote culture. They have well-defined career path options. Leadership is very understanding.

      Communication at the end of projects and where you're being placed next could be better.

      Great work environment, awesome managers, positive atmosphere. Goals are set and easy to keep track of and manage and are very achievable. End of year bonus every year right before Christmas.

      Such a small organization that moving up in the company is difficult
