      Great people A great office environment And fast paced (if you’re in to that)

      Cons

      Almost 24 hour work days with out of state inspections No cost of living raises ever, have to ask for every single raise No growth opportunity

      enjoyable coworkers, flexible work schedule, make your own appointments, ownership of work, good tools for work, experienced managers, very good amenities in the office, office activities outside of work

      Cons

      seems they will pay you as little as you are willing to continue working for while hoping that amenities will keep you around, somewhat misleading in interviews/discussions about pay, must ask to receive raise/acknowledgement of good work
