I worked at UK Power Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There weren’t any pros. It might be better now, but I doubt they’ve hired enough women to shift the balance.

    Cons

Very uncomfortable environment for women. I was bullied by my boss. Tried to get help from HR but they were useless, abs essentially blamed my mental health for being too sensitive. In hindsight I should have taken them to employment tribunal.
