    Negative Outlook

I have been working at UK Power Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent pay and benefits, investment and training in staff.

    Cons

Highly toxic pressured environment to achieve unrealistic targets - with certain Directors and Senior Management Team having disgusting attitudes towards staff. Even when you give 110%, it's often not enough.

  4. "Good company"

    4.0
Former Employee - New Connections Coordinator in Potters Bar, England

  5. "Ok"

    3.0
Current Employee - Cable Jointer in Stevenage, England

I have been working at UK Power Networks full-time

    Pros

Ok money not the best in the industry. Great training.

    Cons

If your good at your job you will get stuck and won’t progress. People who are bad workers seem to get praised a lot for just showing up. And get looked after for doing very little. It’s not what you know it’s who you know in this firm and a lot of back handers flying about.
