Pros
I learned so much while I was at this company. Starting from excellent service to customers to all facets of the Lighting & Electrical Industry. Being apart of the team at ULE and watching the team and company grow. Consistency through all SOP’s (Standing Operating Procedures) created by middle & upper management. Business casual dress for work.

People are super nice except upper management. Sometimes there were outtings that were nice.
Cons
At the interview I was promised multiple opportunities to grow if I put in the work. I was staying after 5 PM 3 days out of the week and I was not recognized for my hard work. Instead they kept throwing more work my way, so much work it was impossible to make deadlines. When I didn’t meet those deadlines I was repeatedly reprimanded for it. Supervisor is very rude and mean to work for, and will not be fired. They will constantly micromanage you to make sure your work gets done. Getting up from your desk to have some small talk is a big no here. Keep your head down and get your work done is all you do. Get ready to have multiple meetings with upper management when you cannot do their ridiculous side tasks they ask you to do. The only way to advance in this company is if you personally know one of the owners. Red flags here all around.
