      -Most of coworker are helpful and willing to teach - Working environment is conducive - Has an excellent training structure - Can be a good stepping stone company for fresh graduates

      Cons

      - Since it is a factory, will be doing the same thing everyday - slow growth in terms salary and career wise, especially for non-executives personnel
