Handsome bonus (average is 4-6 months) Awesome team - always there to help you whenever you need Understanding boss - my boss is great lady. Very practical

Uncertainty - now since Sime Darby took over, not sure what gonna happen to us Basic salary is below average but compensate with the high bonus.

Stupid PGCEO, Useless Senior Management team, Useless Divisional Directors & Presidents, always press subordinates & SBU just to achieve their KPI’s.Talk about saving but keep their luxurious spending.Too many protocols.Demanding.No clear vision and directions for the company.
