I have been working at UNICEF full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Great flexible working policy

      Cons

Poor decision making from senior leadership and exec teams that impact those lower down in the organisation and their workload. No progression or way up the career ladder you will sit in the same role for years until someone leaves and a vacancy opens up.

      Advice to Management

Practice what you preach, let experts be experts rather than patronise and micromanage
