So many I don't know where to start. Management is bad, very bad. No one seems to have any idea what they are doing. I've seen upper management change over time and it has - for the worst. NO ONE in the stores is happy with their regional managers and upper management. It feels as though everyone is bullied around and threatened constantly. This is not a friendly or healthy place to work, as a matter of fact its downright scary and stressful. Many people in the stores are no longer motivated to sell and are resentful. The stress level is so high and for what they pay their associates and managers it REALLY isn't worth working here. Don't believe the 2 or 3 positive reviews you see on this site - they asked people to post them here. I know because I was asked. If you look they were all one day after another. This company's ethics are non-existent.
