Upper management has high expectations but does not provide you with what is necessary to succeed.

1). Upper Executive managment - to much in the Ivory tower. Lack of Empathy for regulary Employees. Retiring upper management also contributed to this. 2). Very toxic work environment. It didn't start out that way but due to economic changes and Covid it caused lots of work issues. 3). That toxic work environment lead to mis-management by mid to lower mananagement who I reported to. 4). I worked in the TSG (Technical Support Group) which had 4 different shifts. Morning (typical 9-5) Mid shift(11-7:30pm), Night (7 -3:30am) and Overnight (3am - 11:30am). Overnight shift was horrible. I never did like it, the only silver linning was I only had to work it 7 weeks out of the year. Since I'm not a morning person, I hated Overnight shift (commonly 3rd shift) your circadian rythims were always out of balance on that shift. not good for health at all.

Dealing with established unionized part time package handlers can test your patience. Lack of support from upper management so you’re kinda caught in the middle of the two.

Constant beratement on every topic from tiny issues to large issues by upper management, Micromanaging is becoming worse and worse.
