I worked at Auto Credit for nearly 3 years. Some really great people work there. It's a good company to use as a stepping stone. Family owned and more personable than bigger corporations.
Cons
Most positions are underpaid. No yearly reviews and requests for raises are always shot down. Lots of nepotism, backstabbing, and micromanagement. Extremely high turnover. No 401k match. A lot of secrecy.
Overworked. Unreachable goals set with promise of bonus that you can't reach because you can't force customers to pay. You are not allowed to demand payments BUT if they don't pay you don't succeed. You have to allow customers to keep refusing to pay and all you can do is keep calling. Also no matter how hard you work, do OT, go above and beyond your voice is never heard. No room for promotion
