Extremely low salaries for field workers who are actually make the mission happen. It’s is diabolical to use “we are non profit so we need to keep ops budget low “ as an excuse for low salaries, lack of bonuses, very low increases, when VP and above getting paid over $300k and $70k-100k bonuses
