      Smart and vert friendly employees.

      Cons

      Horrible senior leadership. CEO & Founder has no clear direction, indecisive, and changes strategy from day to day. Nobody trusts the CEO and takes zero blame for failures, and will throw anyone under the bus. Very toxic leader who should be avoided at all costs.
