Ultra PRO is not a healthy work environment. It’s extremely toxic and it’s part of the culture, meaning it won’t change. I was asked to change my management and communication style, I would not. I’ve been trained by the best in the business.
My VP put it on me to fire 4 people and write up another. I then received my own write up. My $20K bonus was withheld due to so called poor performance when I was working 16 hours a day holding the ship together asking for help in every meeting. What do you expect to happen to performance when you fire more than half of the employees?
Work is never appreciated. When expressing I was beyond capacity I was told to listen to podcasts about work life balance.
There’s no leadership, it’s bullying, threats, and discrimination.
