Pros

They are open to suggestions and are trying to get employees to speak up about their thoughts, Great flexibility for example working from home and flexible hours. They come across caring and I have always been able to raise any issues ive experienced whether thats personal or work related.

Cons

Pay isnt that competitive and benefits could be improved. Middle Management are a bit clueless.
