Great benefits, stable work enviornment.

Cons

Governance is of authoritative style. The relationship from upper management to unionized team members is quite toxic. Upper management comes across as too superior to the rest of staff members. Decisions are made in closed doors and decisions passed down to the unit. No inclusivity in decision making that directly affect the unit
