Pros

Benefits are average or perhaps slightly above average. There is a lot to be done, so you won't get bored.

Cons

Executives have an ego problem and do not listen to anyone, mainly the CEO. Diversity and Inclusion is always celebrated at UE, except when it's not the right kind of diversity. There is no diversity of thought. Employees are overworked. Leaders and friends of leaders get appointed to positions created by Executives without transparency of business need. CEO does not have experience running an insurance company and it shows.
