Honestly cannot think of one

Cons

If you have social anxiety or dare to voice your opinion on a process that is painfully unfit for purpose, you will be fired as ‘not a good fit’. Morally bankrupt is the phrase I would use. Awful experience, very much stuck in the past. 1 star is generous.

Sour end to my time at United Living

Had some great years at United House/United Living met great people and gave me the tools to succeed, can't fault the property services division.

Cons

Last couple of years under new ownership of the new build south division, 18 years of working time, not one director approached me to stay, I gave everything for years, accepted my notice even though I was told I was part of there talent scheme, other managers didn't put half the effort I showed, lost key clients because the so called directors showed no interest, also lost great people that are now thriving else where, too little to late!!

Stay away from this company. Cons - Stuck in the past. Complete boys club and unaccepting of women - Little direction - Toxic managers - Extremely high turnover (most people don't last) - Huge emphasis on cost cutting at the expense of everything else, despite making record profits - No progression - No bonuses
