      I end up in getting frustrations when I think about any one positive thing abt this comp.

      Cons

      they fake you in the rates, fool you with the salary details in offer letter and no cost transparency in H1B transfer for new joinees. Do review your salary slip for every month because they would not project all your monthly deductions in your pay stub. Finally they would misguide to involve in some malpractice to cheat your client and the govt. its your responsibility to be pro active and evaluate their unethical suggestions before following them. New to US, 100% dont join this company.

      They offer technical recruiters $15/hour.....just hilarious.

      I'm so sorry to tell you this here because I don't know how to reach you. To be precise some of your HR employees are RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE, DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE. Please ping me your email sir, I'll forward me you all the email conversations with your employers. You will get to know how they are treating the employees. I'm very dissatisfied and since all the ways are blocked the only reason i'm continuing and soon I'll move out from the current working company because of your employees or take out your company as layer in between my employer and TCS and work with the client. Never ever seen such ARROGANT people ever before
