      Managers notice your hard work and you have reviews for pay raises twice a year. Friendly coworkers and fast improving collaboration between departments. Fair pay. 12 paid holidays! If you like to be busy this is the place for you! New business daily! Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      High detectable health plan and mandotory “biometric health evaluations” they drawl blood and fine for tobacco use or obesity. Up to 1500 a year per adult if refused. Since the Honeywell acquisition there are many changes happening very quickly.
