      Most of the team was composed of LatAm individuals, culturally dispersed across LatAm.

      Cons

      I won't say this as a con but as a typical startup, it's crucial to have a dynamic mindset as a strategy might not be static.

      *Friendly people * Some of the folks are actually really experienced * They pay quite in time. I did not experienced delays after first payment.

      Cons

      * Disorganized * Low pay * Lack of planning * Depending on the role: unrealistic expectations * due to being a small company, they tend to put their resources on several projects at the same time. Which can be taxing depending on how you approach multitasking on several projects in a continuous manner
