Pros

A friendly environment, small teams

Cons

People are always available - respond to emails and jump on doing things at any hour. Weekend work happens quite often, justified by urgent tasks or the nature of industry. No compensation is given for weekend or holiday work. The management is very negative about anyone even starting to talk about it.

Pros

Great Benefits for a small entity in our region Good salary although these seem to be dropping "lower level" employees are fantastic colleagues - hard-working, flexible and supportive

Cons

Leadership is a major problem - a number of bullies and those who know how to 'speak the speak' but not 'walk the walk' Business has massively downsized but remaining staff have little to no support or guidance on how to move forward No Training or Learning opportunities Poor guidance to Managers in particular about company goals and expectations Long hours and pressure to work weekends and not take holidays
