    Pros

    - Rewards and recognition for hard work - Good technology, you don't have to spend all day scrolling through job boards - Ambition, its refreshing to work in a business that's proactive, rather than reactive to the market. - New office looks amazing - The people and events are the best - great on the floor, open plan and music playing. - Good progression, I know what i need to do get my next promotion - Support from the rest of the team and the directors.

    Cons

    - Recruitment can be really tough - but that's not specific to UA.

I worked at Uniting Ambition full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - nice people who work there - in theory bonus structures are good - good incentives - good staff social events

    Cons

    - extreme hierarchy in place. It is very much management vs Workers - no opportunities for personal development - management are all take take take and no give - no care for personal situations - sold the dream only for it to be unattainable - training is non existent - made to feel like a failure for asking for help - management don’t care about you unless you make them money - expected to work 12 hour days and looked down upon for only working contracted hours

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear some of your comments of how you felt during your employment with us. We have been working on our employee engagement recently and have received really positive feedback from our workforce. We have also invested in the training and development of our staff at all levels, including those with no experience in the recruitment sector. We recognise working in recruitment can be demanding, hence the great rewards and incentives that our team receive, like you mentioned above. We do take all comments on board so will continue to look into any improvements we can make based on your experiences. We wish you the best of luck for the future. Adam Wagster CEO
