Pros
This role has proved to be very timely and fits perfectly with the current situation I find myself in (with the rest of the world during these difficult times).. I've found working from home in this manner to be very different to anything I've done before. But the team and company as a whole are fair and supportive.
Cons
Considering this is an entirely remote working role, it is bound to feel a little 'detached' compared to a role in an office or out in the field. But considering this, it works very well - in terms of training etc...
