      Good work exposure to non technical and managerial skills. Can learn more about STGs.!!

      Cons

      Salary not on time. Long working time. no leaves. no work-life balance.

      Pros

      U will learn work because there won't be much assistance from others. Company provides free accomodation and transportation.

      Cons

      Very poor salary for freshers, duty hours is minimum 12 and most days more than that, most sundays have half day work and ofcourse no extra pay for overtime work and late arrival of salary.
