      When they were smaller it was fun to come to work and interact with your coworkers

      Cons

      Certain departments have managers that won't listen to anything you say. To work in the office you must have a college degree or they try to get rid of you

      Universal Services values you as an employee, you are not just a number. They have tons of advancement opportunities and as long as you work hard and are dedicated. They are also very generous in other ways.

      Cons

      Honestly there are extremely few cons, if you have an issue and notify your leader you can be confident it will be addressed.
