Pros

There are no pros to mention.

Cons

Danny tasks his stagf with creating fake reviews for his company, so all of the google and facebook reviews you find are actually family, not real or he has paid for them.

Please remove this fake post. No name or contact details have been left and the contents is inaccurate, false and untrue. This must be an envious competitor - jealousy is a disgusting trait. I have read on many forums that this website is broken and flawed, however, In the very unlikely event that this is genuinely a disgruntled ex-employee, of which we are unaware of, we thank you for your services and wish you the best for the future. At UWD, we provide arguably the best facilities in the whole of Colchester, 4 screens / monitors per PC, rewards, awards, benefits, tea, coffee, juice and snacks flowing, team meals, goal based celebrations and rewards, pay reviews every 120 days, Christmas meals, team drinks, Birthday card and cake, free training and development and much more! Clients often bring in gifts, food and drinks too. Team members attend our awards evenings often worth around £120 per guest, networking events and enjoy many benefits shared by the MD. With over 400 clients and a team of 12 I cannot see any reason why someone would not enjoy their time at UWD. Unfortunately some people have not met the grade, however, we wish you the best of luck and separated on amicable terms.

Leeches in human form

Pros

There offices are in a nice location.

Cons

They are the physical embodiment of leeches, you give them everything, your time, effort and passion, and they wring you dry like a cloth ready to be dried. Reading the "positive" reviews are laughable and are blatantly written by a member of management (who gives advice to management about needing to work the employees harder, nobody asks to be exploited), which is another concern for the agency, they cannot handle any form of criticism on their "processes" which are dire. You will get bullied working there by the senior members of the team, who are absolutely clueless in how to actually run a successful business.
