      Pros

      Challenging work. Lots of employee perks (treats and food, mostly). Great goals and mission. They serve their customers well and work to provide a quality education to grades 6-12.

      Cons

      Isolating environment if you are not part of the academic club. Not great for people who come from outside the educational environment. There is an elite snobbery that is part of the culture.

      Ample school supplies, well-meaning staff

      Cons

      The curriculum seems a little disjointed and leadership is not great at leading. Students would really benefit from having genuine reasons to respect the adults. One way to start is to hold teachers to higher standards.
