      Pros

      - Progression is great, there have been many examples where Unminders have been promoted since I've been here - Management is transparent and genuinely seems to want to improve the culture as the company scales up - Mission driven org where people care about the work they do and want to increase their impact - Company perks and comp is good, e.g. summer Fridays, company days off, generous parental leave

      Cons

      - Slightly sales led but understandable given the ambitious growth plans
