Pros
You will make good money here, but that is true for many establishments. The food is wonderful and a lot of the staff are fun to be around.
Cons
Absolutely zero consistency with scheduling. Expect to be working 6 days one week and three the next, all random times. Sometimes you'll be asked to work a double when it's not on your schedule. Management will be lax one day, and nitpicky the next. Absolutely zero respect from upper management. You can expect to be treated like a child here regardless of positions you have held in the past. Very little training, you are thrust into your position blindly. As a new employee, while asking questions about things that I did not know about, I was met with vague, generalized responses and then yelled at when I didn't do the job "correctly" This place seems like every other crappy service industry job, dressed up in a fancy wrapper. Beware.
