      Easy to blend in and pick up the work

      Cons

      If you're an engineer looking to make a giant leap in your first or second job I would suggest a new company. This place won't get you through chartership or development where you expect as an engineer.

      Pros

      All the staff at Uponor were like a family. You could approach anyone and they would have the time to answer any questions or queries you had.

      Cons

      Moved to Watford, lost many years of knowledge and experience. No offers on the table for re-location and never kept to their word!

      Absolutely none at all - awful

      Cons

      HR do not follow process, neither do management. Management like to bully staff and lie about their performance in progress reviews to build a case against them. You will be asked to do tasks and then berated for it and questioned over why when you were explicitly asked to do so. Can’t think of a single redeeming factor about this poor excuse of a company.
