      Pros

      Flexible working hours make it easy to maintain a good work/life balance. Fast-paced startup environment where the team is open to adopting new technologies and better ways of working. The co-founders have a strong technical background, which really helps, decisions are well thought through and grounded in reality. The team focuses on outcomes rather than getting stuck on minor details, so things move quickly without unnecessary debates. Despite being a small team, it’s very multicultural, with people from different countries, which brings diverse perspectives and makes collaboration more interesting.

      Typical startup challenges at times, but nothing major — more trade-offs than real downsides.
