Pros

There are zero pros to working for this company.

Cons

Fresh grads are locked into a 2 year bond with unreasonable amount to pay if you break. Non-compete is extensive and not enforceable by law but company will still try to threaten you to follow by sending their lawyers after you. Salary is also 20-30% below industry standard because you are forced by the bond to stay. Do not ever work for this company.

Pros

There are no advantages or benefits to being employed by this company.

Cons

Primarily reliant on contracts with limited job stability and security. Unfavourable contracts with extended notice periods, make it challenging to secure alternative employment. Compensation falls below industry norms, with no salary increments or opportunities for career advancement. Managers and leadership engage in daily gaslighting. Predominantly depends on foreign employees for leverage. A company focused solely on services, frequently implementing terminations. Office politics is everywhere and is the only way to gain favour from management. Competent employees all left the company due to a lack of professional respect in the workplace. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company.

Pros

WFH arrangements (if the management likes you) Dress down

Cons

Would give 0 stars for rating if possible but Glassdoor does not allow it. Management: Management are generally petty and operate on a bias basis. Management tend to focus on small things such as changing your WFH day. Having the management like you can help your career advancement. I have seen 2 interns (of different nationalities) that started on the same day but only one of them was acknowledged by the management. Employee Treatment: I have been receiving salary on time with no issue for the past 2 years but after resigning and serving notice, I realised that my salary was delayed purposefully by 7 days as a form of 'getting back' at you for leaving the company. By law, salary should be paid on the last day of employment but I had to fight for my salary on my last working day. CPF payment has also been late for the past 6-7months. There is a yearly review for employees which determines the bonuses/ increment. I know that for 2023's bonus (paid in 2024), people that the management didn't like did not receive bonuses. The yearly review is also done poorly where they have weird KPI's such as referring an employee to the company and attending company events (even though majority of consultants are attached out to clients and might be unable to attend). Others: Having been with the company for 2+ years (unable to leave due to the bond from the company), I have seen a very high turnover rate but also a very high employment rate. I believe that the company is using certain government grants such as the one provided by IMDA so that they can lower their overheads. This would somewhat explain the treatment to employees as the grant only covers 1-2 years of support for the company. Some 5 star reviews on Glassdoor are also fake as I have heard from ex-employees that they were told to write fake reviews. They were also tasked to find out who wrote certain reviews.
