There are lots of cons but to mention a few : 1. No work life balance- you are expected to work in indian timezone + us time zone, approximately 12-16 hours daily 2. You have to live under constant fear of losing your job as layoff over a call without any prior info is the most common practice here. 3. Manager and TL are the only person who know everything about technology and you dare not speak, if they get to know you then you are blamed of several failures and issues which you might not have worked on but just a part of it sometime. 4.
