      A great company with an exciting vision for the future of logistics

      Pros

      Urbantz has a great culture, and a closenit team. It's growing quickly and has a vision for more sustainable urban deliveries that I was able to really get behind from the very start. Everyone I've worked with goes above and beyond their specific job functions and there are plenty of great ideas being bounced around all the time, which is delightful to be a part of.

      Cons

      As I work remotely, I haven't had an opportunity yet to meet many of my peers face-to-face. There was a socially distanced offsite, but the travel guidance for my country meant I wasn't able to attend.

      Don't believe the fake reviews

      The office is nice and a central location.

      Cons

      I would very avoid this office and company at all costs. The other reviews are put in by the CEO and his friends (who are all the other c level staff) and they cover up and delete anything said by anyone who complaints. The company hasnt made a sale in over a year that I worked there and the CEO blames all the sales staff even though they try explain to him exactly why things are wrong but he does not listen and blames them instead. His friends just follow and do what he says and if you are not in that group your life will be hell at this company. If you are thinking of working here look at the company linkedin and how long the employees (who are not the upper management and his friends) have been there....... Toxic work environment. Management lies to staff. Leadership that will blame anyone they can down the ladder. No internal progression. Very unrealisitic targets.

      It's a pity that things come to this sometimes. For a company, for its founders and for its stock holding employees, the best outcome is great shared success. Building out a company is hard and the road is long. Having great people with us to share the adventure is paramount to getting stuff done and enjoying the ride. Sometimes the matchmaking exercise that is a recruitment does not work out, and not everybody is fit to join a scale-up with a culture. We wish you the best in your next endeavours, but regret you posting false and nonsensical statements like this.
