Pros

The people who work in the back are honest, and hard-working employees who treat others with respect and kindness, and willing to sacrifice and work hard.

Cons

Managers are sexist slave drivers who take advantage of their employees. Hire on part-time only so they don't have to provide benefits, knowing they will lay off their new hires after the rush or holiday season ends, all the while offering empty promises of full-time employment, benefits, raises, and profit-sharing. Employees are underpaid and overworked (expected to work weekends and holidays due to lack of planning from management). Nepotism is rampant at this place. No separation of religion and politics in the workplace either.

Pros

There's a few nice co workers.

Cons

They discriminate pregnant women. I was fired when I was 5-6 months pregnant, for no good reason. And word is there was another pregnant woman who also worked at the company before me who was also fired while she was pregnant. The supervisors harrass you and upper management does nothing about it. They are very unprofessional. The warehouse is dirty and unsanitized (So don't buy chocolate from them). No benefits.
