Great Leadership Plenty of room for growth with company True merit-based structure, which allows for anyone to come in and immediately make an impact & earn significant raises CEO is all about remote work as long as personal goals & metrics are met/exceeded Very Flexible work schedule

No Healthcare Benefits yet Working in an ever changing environment as part of a 7-8 year old startup can sometimes be frustrating with system/process changes

Competitive Pay (Base Salary + % commission) Very close team camaraderie Leadership leads by example and supports everyone from day 1 Our GM who started the company 7 years ago still personally assists customers and handles all customer complaints directly & always takes responsibility for any problems
Cons
No healthcare benefits (which is common for small businesses) New platform is still being molded into a fully functional system, which can cause small but annoying issues that effect workflow
