Salary paid on time. Flexibility.
Cons
One of the worst company I've worked so far. Management has no interest in safety at all even with the safety personnel around, trying his very best to inculcate and promote workplace safety. Terminate employees without valid reasons. Consider joining them? I've warned you.

The company is contributing to sustainability. The middle and lower level people are hard working and nice. The engineers and technicians are hardworking and good teamwork with engineers
Cons
The founder and CEO is gone, key people in the company is gone. The board hired useless people in management to get rid of the previous management, Lousy and toxic management, the COO, Finance, HR, are useless. The person doing 'corporate development' got rid of the previous founders. New CEO fire so many people and the board control the company. The useless management get paid so much that the company has no money even with $20 million funding in 1 year dont believe 5 star review. FAKE
