There are no pros.This organisation is totally nonsense with no structure.People are hired & fired at the drop of the hat.CMD himself delegates you mundane jobs which are nowhere related to your profile.

Cons

No work culture Very high attrition rate >70% No chain of command Bothersome & unstructured way of working. Useless & daily changing reports Confused employees

timing from 8am to 4:30PM

Cons

- everyone suggests even without knowledge - Performance metrics changes on daily basis - no paid off + Salary deduction upto - 75% - Need to made unnecessary reports which consume 50% of the time - They have something called silence period for 3 hours, where you can't discuss anything. Don't Join Not writing in grudge against the company to save people from this environment.

The only pro is timing, i.e. 8:00 to 4:30.

Cons

It is full of cons. Because of covid, only 25% salary credited to us. No work culture No transparent policy
