      Pros

      Decent benefits. Nice office. Reasonable work hours.

      Cons

      Extreme profanity used throughout the workplace. Completely unorganized except for a handful of people. No training or guidance.

      Nepotism Runs Rampant

      benefits, snacks, owner is nice

      Cons

      Unless you are a family member of the owners, you won't go far or get paid fairly. Family members are allowed to work from home indefinitely without asking but if you need to work from home for a personal reason you get denied. "Butts in seats" is their motto, unless you are close with management. They refuse to fire people who routinely screw up, but will fire a new person on the spot or throw them under the bus if they mess up once. I saw this time and time again.

      Pros

      Got the experience I needed to work in the same field. Most of the employees are willing to help, and most of them were nice people.

      Cons

      Unrealistic work environment. Ridiculed for asking questions. Upper management plays favorites, and if you aren’t one of them it sucks to be you. Couldn’t leave the company fast enough.
