Poor management. The Managing Director is unprofessional and biased. Be prepared for excessive overtime, which is considered normal due to the company’s work culture. Salary is low, and long hours are often equated with good performance, which can lead to burnout. Workplace politics are very evident, and there is limited opportunity for growth.
