      1. Sal on last day of Every month 2. Leave to be added after FY Completion Only basic 5-6 leave for the 1st year 3. Company is very nice but the Higher Management needs to be Pamper. 4. Many Training Session provided.

      1. Lot's of Documented Work 2. Follow Up with Supply Chain , Internal 3. Long Working Hours 4. Forget your Sat n Sun ; Reports has to be sent 5. Every year target to be increased by 20 - 30 percent with Sal increase of 5 - 10 % 6. Large account to be handled by HOD and achieve your target by hunting your client 7. Long waiting time for internal Approval. 8. If you dont have Job then Join the company
