      outstanding potential for a hidden champion

      Pros

      - collegial climate "we can do it together" - great freedom of design for work tasks - mangement is always open for feedback, you can address everything openly

      Cons

      - you do not join Vitronic for the payment, but for other benefits - due to the enormous growth of the company in recent years, there are not yet the professional processes and procedures that are needed

      Great colleagues, bad culture

      Pros

      The team and colleagues were amazing. Support also between departments and across all cultures, good collaboration with headquarter in Germany. Never faced severe issues with anyone. Some managers actually tried to help their employees.

      Cons

      Salary which was below market level. Overall one of the worst cultures I have ever experienced. Employees who have been working for the company for a very long time get bullied because of shady reasons. Culture of favorism and kissing a* to get promoted (which almost always works). Performance does not count, misbehavior is not penalized when you drink coffee with the right people and treated like a really big thing if you don't.

      Low wages no overtime paid demanding long hours work

      Low wages,no overtime paid, demanding long hours work..company too busy with internal politics, no career progression in Australia subsidiary.
